BELLY MEDICINE

ONE RETREATS

November 13 to 16 of 2026

ONE SANTUARIO NATURAL

ONE SANTUARIO NATURAL

logosimbolo blanco

We all keep in our wombs ancestral knowledge, divine medicine and the healing force of the sacred feminine. We all have access to that creative potential, to the inexhaustible source of resources, to the ability to give birth to reality in the way we choose to do so when we take possession of that force that exists in our womb.

For 4 days and 3 nights together with @mujersalvajeylibre, we will be in a space to remember and heal what accompanies us from the womb and its memories. To assume ourselves as fertile, creative, sensual, sovereign, pure women, channels between heaven and earth, instruments in which the Divine consciousness moves and dances.

DAY 2

copia de dsc07627.jpeg

– 7:00 AM: Free writing and personal meditation.
– 7:30 AM: Movement practice the voices of the belly: with movement we manage to remember. Not from our mind and its beliefs but with our cells, with our bones and on our skin. Movement takes us to very deep places, to unconscious stories that, without our knowing it, color the lens through which we perceive reality.
– 9:00 AM: Breakfast.
– 11:00 AM: Discussion Health conditions as portals of expansion: Today there are many and increasingly frequent conditions that affect the female body. Repressing what our body tries to tell us with symptoms and pains is disrespectful and usually inefficient. In this circle I want to tell you that your body is perfect. That behind every discomfort there is a wise voice seeking to be heard. That if you listen to yourself and choose to honor yourself, it is possible to use "disease" as a portal of expansion of your WOMAN being.
– 1:00 PM: Lunch.
– 3:00 PM: Herbalism, Ancestry and Natural Gynecology Workshop: Reclaim your Ancestral Legacy" Discover the healing power of plants and reconnect with the ancestral legacy of women's natural medicine. In this workshop, you will learn to be self-taught in the basic care of your gynecological health, using herbs as your allies. Get ready to create your own herbal plasters and natural medicines to nourish your uterus, strengthening the connection with your body and nature. A journey of learning and empowerment, where each plant becomes a sister on your path to holistic and natural wellness.
– 7:00 PM: Dinner.
– 8:30 PM: Fire Dance Circle: Wear Red and Join the Campfire Dance.

BELLY MEDICINE

DAY 3

– 7:00 AM: Free writing and personal meditation.
– 7:30 AM: Movement practice Memories of pain and beliefs lodged in the belly:
The womb is not a place to store pain, guilt, shame, and fear. In this practice we focus on remembering here, in our body, that we are complete. That we have nothing to spare or lack. That our essence is pure and unbreakable. That we are infinite potential and that the womb is a place to create and give birth to life.
– 9:00 AM: Swim in the river, clarify memories of the belly.
– 9:30 AM: Breakfast.
– 12:00 AM: Meditation in the house and steam
An experience of return to the memory of the mother. To know that we are contained in a nourishing womb, in a mantle of love and sweetness.
– 2:00 PM: Lunch.
– 4:00 PM: Discussion 'Transitions of Being a Woman':
The female body has been highly medicalized, intervened and disrespected.
Many of us have integrated negative beliefs associated with our body and its changes. In this space we explore the transitions of being a woman (menstrual cycle, perimenopause, menopause, gestation and postpartum) as powerful rituals that connect us with the sacred feminine.
Sunset on the river, ritual and dance in the fire: Wear white to bless your belly, reclaim its power and celebrate its medicine.
– 8:00 PM: Dinner

LEYLA CURE

NATALIA CHAPARRO

I started down this path when, due to a medical error, I lost my left ovary before I was 1 month old.
This mistake marked my path and once healed, it sowed the intention of transformation that inspires my job and sharing with the women that I accompany today.

Like any other Latin American woman, I grew up in a predominantly patriarchal, sexist and classist social context and family environment: doing, achieving, achieving, looking and obtaining were the central messages during my growth.
In 2013 I traveled to California where I met a Tantric priestess with whom I learned to feel my belly, understand her knowledge and invoke the remedy stored there. Under the guidance of this teacher - continuing with my studies in nutrition and endocrinology - I deepened my yoga practice until I managed to weave a new reality: what I understand today as self-mothering.

Today I receive each woman who comes into my life from this learning and I offer her a structure that allows her to understand and honor her needs. Recognize your body as your temple and experience the infinite gift of inhabiting an enigmatic female body.

Creator of the herbal experimentation laboratory @raizderio.
Immersed in a continuous journey of learning and discovery.
Leyla approaches with firm determination and an inquisitive spirit the mysteries that unite the plant kingdom with the spirit of our era, using the basic notions of herbalism as a bridge between tradition and modernity.

Currently, he enriches his practice with a diploma in Phytotherapy and Ancestrality at El Rosario University and delves into the depths of spagyric art, following the venerable tradition of the Escola de Espagiria de São Gonçalo do Rio das Pedras in Brazil.

Their education is a synergy that ranges from psychology and alchemical principles to contemplative practices and the respectful use of ancestral medicines.

A WONDERFUL TESTIMONY

Who would have thought that the universe had the answer for me among yoga, the jungle, and meditation. This is Onesantuario for me, a magical and sacred space where I reconnected with myself.

For more than 3 years I was trying to fulfill my desire to become a mother. Because of my profession, I always thought there was something broken in me, that my body was infertile and that I had to find out what was wrong. I underwent surgeries, had ultrasound follow-ups, did medical treatments but I still had unexplained infertility.
By chance, I reconnected with Nati, an absolutely wonderful woman who was offering a retreat called Womb Medicine and it completely resonated with me. I remember my husband, super excited, telling me “enjoy it, it’s going to change your life” and of course, I, super skeptical and with my rational mind, told myself “it’s just another retreat” … but how wrong I was! It definitely CHANGED MY LIFE!

I was convinced that all these women who went to the retreat were there for the same reason as me, and on the first day in the talking circle I was pleasantly surprised to find something different: women seeking to heal their femininity, their womb, their wounds, their story.

So why was I really there? I was convinced that medicine wasn’t giving me solutions so I needed to look elsewhere. At the retreat I understood that it wasn’t a physical problem, that I wasn’t broken, that there was something bigger and it was my lack of self-love and my daily struggle to block my feminine side and exalt that super powerful warrior that had me there.

I had to heal my womb, I had to heal my relationship with my feminine side and with myself. I understood that for a long time my subconscious had annulled my being a woman, because medicine is a macho and competitive profession where being a woman is a symbol of weakness and vulnerability and wanting to be a mother is not compatible with the career and study.

My womb was a hostile, dark, and lifeless place, full of endometriomas because my subconscious needed to fill that space with something to make it infertile. I understood that I had set aside my femininity to strengthen my masculine side, that warrior woman, super powerful, controlling, and self-sufficient. But life was showing me that I had to let myself be supported, let go, and trust, in order to create, mother, and care.

Six months later, we got pregnant and today I have the fortune of mothering, but beyond fulfilling my desire to be a mother, I managed to heal my relationship with myself to integrate the lover, warrior, and mother woman from self-love.

Thank you Nati for sharing your wisdom and helping me heal!
