It is a 3-day retreat from May 21 to 24, and the lovely thing is that you can experience it fully by staying at One Santuario or also come just for the workshop on certain days, whichever works best for you.

This is not the typical parenting workshop… it goes much deeper.

MOVEMENT, DEVELOPMENT AND LEARNING

What exactly are we going to do

in these 3 days?

It is a theoretical–practical program where we learn everything through the body:

For us (key):

* Movement exercises to organize the brain and improve focus and clarity
* Understand how concentration works and why we sometimes feel overwhelmed
* Learn to process information better and make clearer decisions with our children.

About our children:

* Understand the real stages of development (what corresponds to each age)
* Learn why movement is the basis of learning
* How music and rhythm influence brain development
* Differentiate between play vs. tools that truly develop
* How to support concentration, language, and learning
* How to work on frustration, limits, and discipline from an early age.

✨ Daily Practice

Throughout the day we will dedicate ourselves to understanding one of the biggest challenges that arise in motherhood, which is the transformation we have as women.

Through movement, we will explore how our body changes, positions itself, and begins to correspond not only to my individuality but also to that of my child, and how this can be a time of great uncertainty.

We want to give you valuable information on how to support your children in their development, but we also want to give you the opportunity to return to yourself. A space to connect with yourself as a woman, allow your inner energy to flow, give your body a place, and for one hour a day find yourself and all that you still are.

It's a movement lab that doesn't aim for perfection or adherence to a specific technique. We'll work from a place of awareness, curiosity, and the experience your own body provides.

Beings in Motion will be joining us with their methodology to provide you with movement tools that simplify your return to your body

JUNITA QUINTANA Y AMALIA TRIANA QUINTANA

Juanita Quintana is an educator specialized in child development through movement, with more than 20 years of experience supporting babies, children, and parents in learning processes and neurological organization. She has worked with more than 11,000 children and their families, developing her own methodology based on educational kinesiology, brain gym, and rhythmic movements, where the body is the gateway to cognitive and emotional development.

She is an international instructor and consultant in Rhythmic Movements and Brain Gym, being one of the few leading figures in Latin America in this approach. She has been a professor at the Colombian School of Rehabilitation and a member of the board committee of the International Rhythmic Movements Organization, in addition to having given lectures at educational institutions, universities, and public entities in Colombia and abroad. Her work has been featured in different media and publications, positioning her as a leading voice in child development from a holistic view that connects body, brain, and learning.

Her approach starts from a clear premise:
movement is the first language of the human being and the foundation on which learning, concentration, and emotional regulation are built.

Amalia Triana Quintana, is the creator of Seres, a space born from personal exploration and the deep need to understand the body as a channel of knowledge, support, and transformation. Her path does not begin only from teaching, but from an intimate process of inquiry into her own essence. From there, she builds spaces where the body becomes language, guide, and safe territory for inhabiting the human experience. Through Seres, she proposes experiences that expand the way we relate to ourselves, restoring the body to its place as the axis of development, expression, and evolution. Her work focuses on opening a space where the rational ceases to be the only channel, allowing movement, sensitivity, and uncertainty to be part of the process.

More than guiding, she holds space.
More than teaching, she accompanies.

Her invitation is clear:
Return to the body to return to what is essential.
