Hello, my name is Juan Sebastián Correa Gómez. I have lived in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta for 13 years, a sacred territory that has taught me to listen, respect, and walk in harmony with nature. During this time I have had the opportunity to walk alongside indigenous communities, learning from their ancestral wisdom and their way of understanding life, health, and spirit. Through this learning, I have integrated into my path the medicine of the temazcal, a healing practice that invites us to return to the origin, to the womb of Mother Earth.

The temazcal is a space of purification and renewal, where the heat of the stones, the steam of medicinal plants, and intention help us release physical, emotional, and spiritual burdens. Each ceremony lasts approximately 2 hours, and is accompanied by songs, as well as an entrance and exit ritual that marks the beginning and the closing of the process.

Each gathering is an opportunity to let go, give thanks, and be reborn. My purpose is to accompany people in healing and reconnection processes, offering a safe and respectful space where they can find balance, clarity, and well-being. I work from the heart, honoring the traditions that have been shared with me and always maintaining respect for the earth and for those who have safeguarded this knowledge.
