BENEFITS
The steam facilitates the dilation of the pores, allowing the skin to absorb the minerals from the river water, which helps detoxify and purify the body. This process also improves breathing, regulates blood pressure, and optimizes cardiac and circulatory function.

The immersion session consists of 15 minutes of steam, 15 minutes in the river, and 15 more minutes of steam. Please ask for complete instructions and restrictions when booking.
STEP BY STEP
Sit around the center circle away from the steam outlet. Add hydrosols to the stones carefully, enter kneeling to protect your back, pour water on the stones without touching them and keep your face away from direct steam.
PRECAUTIONS BEFORE ENTERING
Stay hydrated by drinking 2-4 glasses of water after your session. Avoid the Turkish bath if you have dermatitis, vasodilation problems, severe bronchitis, epilepsy, anorexia or kidney colic. Do not consume alcohol or medications beforehand, and avoid entering after physical exertion. Remove all metal accessories before entering and abstain if you are elderly, pregnant or suffer from hypertension or heart disease.

The Cold Plunge is your leap towards vitality, a cold water bath that awakens every cell in your body, releasing energy, improving circulation and strengthening your immune system. It is the challenge that refreshes your mind, increasing your focus and serenity.
Before you dive:
Start with Hofman-style breathing exercises: take deep inhalations and exhale completely, repeat this cycle 30 times. Then, hold your breath as long as you can, feeling the energy flowing. Finally, take a deep breath and hold it for 15 seconds, preparing to conquer the cold. This breathing ritual not only enhances your oxygenation, but also centers and mentally prepares you for the revitalizing experience of the Cold Plunge.
